This project was managed and completed by Mr. Hamid M Tehrani, P.E., currently the Director of Engineering at Raheja Construction.
The project included the provision of master planning and design services to America Online to develop their Dulles Technology campus comprising a total of 9 buildings with extensive parking on 125 acres of land. An exhaustive analysis of the corporate relocation from Fairfax County to Loudoun County, Virginia was conducted. Approximately 10 years of zoning modifications to the property and numerous proffers were evaluated as part of the due diligence studies.
Due diligence studies were concluded upon purchase of the property and master plan studies conducted to identify a ten-year development plan for expansion of the campus. Construction documents were provided for the AOL Headquarter building and the creative centers buildings on Pacific Boulevard in Loudoun County.
